hello people of the world, so i have not really post anything in awhile i really felt like i should but i am not really doing anything really cool or anything like that. well i did start tkd (most of you know that) ummm my ankle does not hurt anymore. as i said nothing is really going on. BUT this Sunday our church is going to the beach and my friend (Stephanie purplepinstripes) is coming to so i will try to get some pic from that (it should be fun) well post later

hello people of the world, there were a lot of people at the tournament that we know and someone took some pics so maybe tomorrow i can put some pics up today we had tae kwon do and we have testing Thursday so we practiced a lot. then we handed out flyer's for a friend then we came home and that is what we did today later i will put up the videos

hello people of the world sorry i do not have any pics from the tournament but i do have some videos. i have already put up the video of me doing my form i have a video of my brother doing his stuff that he did a the tournament and my teacher doing her form and i can't put now because i keeps messing up so i put put them up later

hello people of the world, today was my tae kwon do tournament i got second place in form and my bffk got first place in form (i am very happy for her) and i got second place in sparring and my bffk got first place in sparring (again i am very happy for her). this is a video of me doing my form in the tournament
